Hidden underneath this “cool tech company” (and at the time, Omaha’s fastest growing tech company), is an incredible company culture that was truly something exceptional where people felt belonging, autonomy, inspiration, and growth on a day-today basis.

My work at Flywheel, then WP Engined (once acquired), was to ensure Flywheelers could do their best work. Everything from how the office space was designed and felt on a daily basis to the quarterly company retreats, weirdly fun events, employee recognition, and spontaneous celebrations.
Most every moment was designed from a place of intention, to be simple, delightful, and easy. Onboarding, lunch, and even introducing yourself to the company had a reason. I got to help build it, create it, and keep it going. It was truly an inspiring and empowering place to grow as a human and spend time creating alongside incredibly remarkable humans.
